    All of the employees were great. helpful in eway possible. Made us feel like we were home.

    Would stay again in a heartbeat. hotel room was huge, king bed was comfortable. swimming pool was nice, hottub was HOT. quiet, TV problem was fixed immediately. Close to Mall of America and Ikea. Highly Recommend!!

    We were happy with this property. Location is great - easy to get to and close to the Mall of America. The walls were thick enough that it was nice and quiet - didn't hear other guests. The swimming pool was nice and big, so it was usable even when busy. We liked our stay.
    2 smiles Night manager was rude
    We arrived at the property at midnight. The night manager was surly and did not offer a greeting. He threw some paperwork at us and did not explain anything. wife went to the hotel room while parked the car. the property parking is on the top of an adjoining parking garage. there's access to the property in addition you need a hotel key to get in. wife had the keys. ended up driving back to the front door and went up to the hotel room to get the key. This was frustrating after a long day of traveling when some simple instructions could have solved it.

  • I will rise for breakfast - This was an excellant property. kids and even got up early for breakfast, which we usually never had time for. The workers where friendly, except for the fact that they charged 18% gratutity up front. . . .
  • A Nice Stay - family and liked our visit at the Embassy Suites. We found the breakfast meal to be tasty with quite a variety of foods to choose from. The swimming pool was nice and warm. We would stay here again. . . .

  • good amenities - stayed at this property as a business traveler. the hotel room had refrigerator, and microwave. breakfast meal was also available. They did not have a restaurant. They are close to the airport and ab . . .
